Aviation implies sheet metal skins and control surfaces that are delicate to refurbish. Removing paint and other coatings must be done without damaging the aluminum, carbon fiber, fiberglass and composites. Utilizing Baking soda under pressure will delicately remove the paint without harming the substrate. The cost, mess and environmental concerns of chemical strippers is not necessary. Scrapers can score the metal.
